Worth writing about
- A correction. The most useful message this site receives. If a claim is wrong, out of date, or right in a way that reads as wrong, say which lesson and, if you have it, the source you checked it against. The verification ledgers exist because the material is expected to drift, and a correction with a primary source behind it is acted on.
- Anything that looks like a real exam question. Every question here was written from published objectives, and none is reproduced from an exam. If one reads like a live item, it will be rewritten or removed. See the terms of use.
- An account or access problem: a verification email that never arrived, a sign-in that will not work, a course you can see the name of but cannot open.
- A copy of your data, or deletion of your account. Both are buttons on the progress page, so writing in is only needed when one of them will not work. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is held.
- A trademark or attribution concern. Certification and product names are used here only to say which exam or product a lesson is about, with no affiliation claimed and no logos or badges used. If something still reads wrongly, say so and it will be fixed.
What to expect
TechGuild is an independent project rather than a company, so there is no support desk and no promised response time. Corrections and access problems are the two things that get looked at first.
